As entrepreneurs building a business, sometimes we need a little extra cash infusion in order to take our ideas to the marketplace, so we look for extra ways to make money. Ipsos I Say surveys is one of the many opportunities you may stumble upon as you’re looking for ways to earn extra cash. The premise behind making money with Ipsos I Say is to get paid for your opinion.
You have an opinion. I have an opinion. We all have opinions! Wouldn’t it be cool to get paid for sharing something as simple as your opinion?
Wouldn’t it be even cooler if we could get paid well? Is it possible to make a full time income off of this or to get a major cash infusion that can be used for some other big plans you might have? Or, is Ipsos I Say a complete scam? Get all of these questions and more answered in this Ipsos I Say review.

Why I Wrote This Review
I’ve run across so many people in my life who run into hard times. They might be:
- Trying to get a new business off the ground
- Disappointed with their current jobs
- Â A parent trying to scrape money together for their kids
- In debt and trying to cover a bill
- Or, experiencing a host of other issues leading them to look for ways to make more money
When you’re desperate for something to work, that’s when you often go surfing the internet for opportunities to make extra money, and find something like Ipsos I Say.
I’ve been there. I’ve wasted money and I write reviews to help direct people to ethical ways to make money rather than spinning their wheels on things that waste their time or disappoint.
I wrote this review to give others a realistic view of what Ipsos I Say is and whether it can really make them good money. My hope is that by you checking out this review, you can make a clear decision about whether this is a fit for you.
How Does Ipsos I Say Work?
After giving your information and signing up for Ipsos I Say, you’ll be able to:
- Â Get surveys via email
- and, login to view the surveys that are available
By taking surveys, you earn points. Once you’ve built enough points, you’ll be able to cash the points in for charity donation, prizes, entrance into sweepstakes, or for cash.
How Much Can you Make with Ipsos I Say?
While the concept of sharing your opinion for cash sounds cool, the pay is actually quite low, so if you’re looking to make a part-time or full-time income from completing surveys, that’s probably not a good idea.
Ipsos pays about 45 points per survey, and between 60-120 points for a few special surveys. At the time of this writing, 1530 points equals $15, which is the minimum payout threshold to cash out or win prizes. Once you’ve manually cashed out your points, it takes between 5-8 weeks to recieve your cash or prize.
While Ipsos and other survey companies may be legit, surveys are one of the worst paying ways to make money online. There are many other opportunities to make money online like freelancing or blogging, so if you know you want to make money online, rather than focusing on surveys, I recommend learning to start a home business.
How Do I Get Started with Ipsos I Say?
To get started with Ipsos I Say, you simply go over to their website, complete the signup form with your personal information and be on the look out for surveys in your email or on your I Say login dashoard.
Common Complaints About Ipsos I Say
The Better Business Bureau had 39 complaints from customers about Ipsos I Say. Some of the complaints included:
I Haven’t Been Paid What I Should Be
Some customers responded to survey panels and had technical issues afterward. For some, they were no longer ale to login to their account where their points should have been, and for others, there were other technical issues. It looks like Ipsos I Say was attempting to resolve the issues with the customers.
I Was Disqualified from the Survey after a Considerable Amount of Time
Most surveys will require a certain demographic to perform the survey. Unfortunately, the disqualifying questions are not always asked at the beginning of the survey to prevent those taking the survey from wasting their time. As a result, after spending a considerale amount of time on a survey, you can be disqualified, and you won’t get paid for those surveys.
 The Customer Service is Rude
Unfortunately, many customers complained that they were on hold a very long time waiting to hear from someone at Ipsos or they were treated rudely by the Ipsos customer support. While bad customer support doesn’t make it a scam, it’s never a good thing.
The Good & the Bad
The Good:
PRO #1: The advertising isn’t misleading. They don’t tell you that you can make a full or part time income by completing surveys
PRO #2: They offer a genuine opportunity to make money (even if its pennies)
PRO #3: It’s fairly easy to use
The Bad:
CON #1: They have lots of reviewers who give false expectations and make it sound like a more lucrative opportunity than it is
CON #2: You can only make very small amounts of money rather than making a part-time or full-time incomeÂ
CON#3: You may be disqualified from the survey once you’re well into it, and you won’t get paid for the lost time
CON#4: They may have bad customer support so if you have trouble with payment, surveys, or technical issues, it might be very time consuming to resolve
Who is Ipsos I Say For?
Ipsos I Say is for the person who wants to be used for market research, and who doesn’t mind giving feedback for practically no money.
The Ipsos I Say Price
Ipsos I Say is free to signup and free to participate in the surveys.
My Final Opinion of Ipsos I Say
A scam is where deceptive advertising is used to mislead customers into buying something that doesn’t live up to what it claims. While Ipsos I Say isn’t something I’d classify as a scam, it’s not something I would recommend. If you’re looking for an opportunity to make money, you should start your own home business then consider something like freelancing (for immediate income).
I’d love to help you out if you have any questions!
VERDICT: Not Recommended
For most people who are looking to make extra money, Ipsos I Say would be extremely disappointing and a waste of time.
